Theyre too dumb, like he said. Evil requires conscious choice, they amount of evil one is capable of is only proportionate to reason, and blacks are the least gifted race in that regard. So they only commit evil at the behest of others, otherwise left to their own devices they just seek food and shelter.

I mean blacks are definitely capable of evil, but pure blacks may be for the most part too retarded to do anything planned out, more like murder in the heat of passion or theft when hungry. But the havoc they get up to in nations not their own has been devised in jewish minds.
