A deal that caused Egypt, Syria and Saudi-Arabia to officially declare they would take NO Palestinian refugees.
( This was important because Bibi was planning to relocate Palestinians to Egypt and then claim he must declare war against those "terrorists" to protect Israel's security... and steal Egyptian land. A deal that Netanyahu hates because it fucked up his Greater Israel plans by making the US own Gaza.
Trump's gambit has caused everyone to define their positions and start proposing solutions.
