Yes, which is one reason why he never will. The other being that he never intended to.

He is more busy preventing his voter base from going too far right. He wants the "legal" immigrants, he wants israel and jews to thrive.

Perhaps. But Hitler ultimately failed because he was too soft and underestimated how vile and corrupt the jew of the West is, and how much of a stranglehold they had on the people already. If Hitler were more cynical, more pessimistic, more malevolent, Germany could have won. Remember, they had tons of Sarin gas sitting around, and his alliance with the Japanese has given the US a way to "legitimately" get into Germany and win the war for the jews. He could have be in good relations with Japan without allying with them.
And no, it wouldn't be a "tearing down", it would have been a "it's good, but not enough." It's essentially the same with Trump, but he isn't even close to Hitler in terms of competence and quality.

Things went well everywhere, not just the US. The coof hysteria has torn down everything, and given the jews a great opportunity to make everything worse so that they could pocket in more. And that disastrous time was overseen by our literal opponents - Biden and his cabinet of kikes.
During the coof hysteria my income increased by almost 100%. Now it's at 0%. So clearly anecdotal evidence doesn't mean much, because there is also a delay in effect. It took a few years after the hysteria to have economic repercussions.
