The ones in america have a slightly higher iq than the ones in their home continent.

Maybe because the ones in america have 25% foreign DNA??

Or maybe because, as crappy as the American public school system is, it is still presumably better than most educational systems in africa.

Its probably the diet. Here they get free food from the government so their brains probably developed more than most in africa.
