All countries need to make examples of bad guests who disturb the peace. Hospitality is a two way street, take advantage of it and it should be retracted with extreme prejudice.

It's like Homer's Odyssey, the suiters are feasting in our halls abusing our hospitality, since they have broken the laws of hospitality we need an Odysseuses to come to slaughter them all and the Telemachuses to rise up and help when the time comes.
