Ironically it isn't, see the healthcare system is funded by Örebro county, but free gibs and assistants for disabled are funded by Örebro municipality. Since all the wealthy people who pay most tax lives outside the city, and most parasites live in the suburbs of the city the amount of free gibs available is very limited.
They get the wheelchair from the county, but the municiplaity pays for the poor fucker who has to drive out to their home to move the wheelchair. It's a very slow and inefficient system. Might even be designed to trigger deaths from starvation or ungrateful users being forgotten as nothing happens when one of the users dies. Plus that the city saves a lot of money for every death.
And that is if they live in Örebro, some of these camel masturbators might be commuting from neighboring municipalities. Which are a lot poorer. Those will go to extreme lengths to avoid paying any free gibs. Especially Kumla who won't even turn their LED streetlights on at night just to save a few bucks. 🤡🌎
