It's a good ratio to start with, but a series of bombs would have been the better option here, with the added bonus of permanent infrastructural damage.
Probably would have used explosives if he didn't have all the guns. Which is a bit amusing considering that politicians now push for more gun restrictions. The next shooter, or shall I say bomber will definitely use explosives, if that's easier to come by than guns.
Nothing wrong with the building tho, it's a 1960's commercial commie block style unit. Also serves as bomb shelter for nearby residential neighborhoods, so you're gonna need a lot of explosives to blow that one up. It can always be repurposed as a deportation facility, jail or something useful now that 5% of it's overall occupancy is gone. 👌
It's much better to avoid paying taxes, let the welfare state fail, and then the migrants will die or self deport. The great thing about a homestead is that the government can't tax food you grow and use to feed your family.
