How to retake Jerusalem without shedding Anglo-Saxon blood:

Announce that you can get US 2nd class citizenship if you fight for the US in foreign wars

2nd class citizen gives you the right to visit the US for one week a year.

And we will protect your life with other 2nd class citizen blood.

When enough 2nd class citizens inhabit an area we will annex it and make it a 2nd class state, banning representation in the US congress but seats in the 2nd class congress

The absolute last thing we need is second class citizens with their own representation in congress. We've been suffering under Democrat rule for decades and now you want to codify and expand that to populations that share even fewer of America's core values and none of our founding history?
