Half of those countries were bases for international freemasonry, if anything I think most anti-jesuit sentiment is freemasonic and jewish projection. The Protocols names Jesuits as the *number one threat* to Judeo-Masonic hegemony, and recommends find ways of discrediting them, but it seems they settled on slowly infiltrating and subverting the Jesuit order.
