If you are running a website where you are letting prostitutes advertise then that could be considered facilitation of prostitution. If you are running a website where girls can post videos of themselves online, then you are no longer "facilitating" an act of prostitution since the act was performed prior to you doing anything.

Just to be clear - i'm not supporting it, I'm just explaining why one is legal and one isn't.

many of the girls are getting naked on webcams LIVE STREAMING and performing sexual acts on camera, live, in return for coins or money donations or affirmation in chatrooms.

Also only a jew would try to be tricky with the law to avoid it, just like they try to trick God on sabbath with their ridiculous deceitful behavior.

Yes, but the counter argument is that they are not accepting payment for the sex acts. They are accepting payments for allowing someone to observe sex acts they would argue that they would be doing anyways. That's why porn is not prostitution - it's a "performance", and that's why pornstars do not get arrested for prostitution and why porn producers do not get arrested for facilitation or even pimping.

There's also the jurisdictional issue - what if the pornstar is streaming from somewhere in Europe, where prostitution is completely legal? If it's being streamed online then where is the prostitution happening? The sex act itself is definately happening where the model is, so what does the US care of a website owner facilitate a non-crime elsewhere?

Again, i'm not arguing pro-porn here i'm just explaining why they aren't getting arrested. It all basically boils down to how "prostitution" is defined by law, since that's what someone would be facilitating.

Make all porn illegal. No more hoes get to be paid for performing sex on camera. If we love our mothers, sisters, and daughters then we as men must be better than this and condemn it and stand firm in opposition to it. This means we must deprive ourselves of this pornography which has led to our sexual objectification of women which has devalued them to the point that no one can even find a wife anymore. White Nationalists should take a lead on this not because we hate women but we wish to hold all women, namely the women in our own White families and White churches and White communities, in higher regard that they never receive financial gain for undressing or performing sex outside the sanctity and privacy of a marriage.

Men should occasionally fast to rid their body of toxins and excess body fat. Men should remain celibate and channel sexual energy into productive endeavors and keep sex sacred and reserved for marriage and a wife, thereby culturally enhancing the value of sex and marriage and the value of a wife. Culturally it has become merely recreation and in many cases just transactional. There's massage parlors i see in town that i suspect of being brothels.

>A brothel, bordello, bawdy house, ranch, house of ill repute, house of ill fame, or whorehouse is a place where people engage in sexual activity with prostitutes. However, for legal or cultural reasons, establishments often describe themselves as massage parlors, bars, strip clubs, body rub parlours, studios, or by some other description. Sex work in a brothel is considered safer than street prostitution.

Onlyfans is just a virtual, online brothel. An online whorehouse.

No idea, but that changes nothing. They still aren't technically facilitating an act of prostitution even if it's live.

I’m not arguing with you, just looking for clarification because that doesn’t make any sense, why wouldn’t it be considered facilitating?
Facilitate: to make (an action or process) easy or easier.
These websites are offering a nice easy alternative to traditional prostitution. The woman doesn’t have to find a real life pimp for safety, she doesn’t have to go outside in a potentially rainy or freezing environment just to sell sex, shit, she doesn’t have to even have sex with another man to make money off of the sex acts she performs, let alone have to risk her life going somewhere private with a potential serial killer. All she needs to do now in order to be a prostitute is own a computer/webcam (or a phone), get an account with a digital pimp who organizes thousands (or even millions) of men into a single digital location for her, who gives those men a nice easy/safe payment system in exchange for the woman’s sex acts.

What part of that equation isn’t making the whole process of being a prostitute easier?

They are obviously facilitating SOMETHING, but they are not facilitating prostitution. Prostitution is the sex act for money, not the streaming or viewing of it. They are facilitating the viewing of an act of prostitution, not the act itself. A girl performing by herself would not be an act of prostitution, she's 'just masturbating' and they are just streaming it.

By the reasoning you outlined here, everything is facilitation of prostitution. A hairdressor making her prettier so she gets clients easier, a taxi taking a prostitute to a client, etc. A line has to be drawn somewhere lest everyone ends up a pimp inadvertantly.
