The Overton Window is shifting as the narrative is changed to adjust for the failures of the last attempt at narrative change which roughly centered around 2020. Remember that one, where those of us still alive would be entering our 17th booster in our Vaccine Passport right now?
The current narrative change feels sudden as if it is happening in real time but this is an illusion. The roll out of the new narrative has been in the planning stages ever since the old new one began to fail.
Case in point is Wikipedia scrubbing Musk's total Jewishness from his early life in January of last year. This was to prep the field for the coming play. What you see today was in the works a lot longer than the appearances would indicate.
It is interesting that while the stage was being set the media continued to behave as before but now that the new narrative is here they have adjusted instantaneously to promote it surreptitiously. Look at Reuters, for instance, the language they are using today in their headlines is not the same language that they were using in December. Now you see the word illegal in the headlines where that word was forbidden practically yesterday. Reuters et al. is on board with the new narrative as controlled opposition, effectively taking the place of FOX in years gone by.
The difficulty in all this is separating the parts which don't fit. There is overarching the narrative, a power struggle at the highest levels and the parts which don't fit are the ripples of contention among the invisible elites.
