Seems like there is somewhere around 2 million Palestinians currentlly living in the Gaza Strip, with another 3 million living in West Bank. If they successfully clear out Gaza, there is almost no chance that Israel will allow Palestinians to still remain in the West Bank. So it's probably best to just assume that many of those 5 million Palestinians would arrive either here in the United States or western Europe. I suspect western Europe would probably get the majority of them, but that's not exactly something I want to celebrate either and we are still probably getting a substantial number.

It's also worth noting that approximately 65% of Palestinians currently living in Gaza and the West Bank are under 30 years old, so it's easy to imagine however many we receive will end up multiplying fairly quickly. We could also see a situation where American military action in Gaza reignites / creates additional conflicts in Iran, Yemen, Iraq, etc, so it's certainly possible that we could see an influx of third world refugees from additional nations as a result.
