It will mean news crews will come in, which means aid (especially water) will also come in.

EDIT: The IDF have reported a total of 900 soldiers have been killed fighting Hamas. Today we learned the official real number is 6,000... which represents about 1 in 28 IDF troops... probably a lot more given an enormous number of IDF have gone AWOL and fled to Europe. Meanwhile Hamas numbers are skyrocketing along with their resources.
