I am not one of those video games cause violence people, but I do belive that too much video games can lead to bad mental health.

Video games mess with brain reward system.

Fooling brain into thinking you are working hard and accomplishing things, but in reality, not really.

Same deal as porn really. Kids shouldn’t be immersed in non-stop gore and bloodshed.
