I wanted to share you guys my sungazing journey that I do from sunrise to sunset since this last week I just started. My energy levels are off the roof. My eyes went from dark green to a lightershade. I plan to get to A10. I am happier now. My circadian rythmn has changed. I now don't sleep at 2 AM in the morning anymore. My body naturally wants to sleep at 10:30. If it wasn't for electricity I would immediately sleep 45 minutes after sunset. I have to hike long distances and find private spots so I can go fully nude and tan at the same time. My balls have literally become roast brown because I sun them so much. Don't worry though. Skin cancer from the sun is a myth. As long as you eat a lot of good quality animal fat you will not get burned because our skin has so much cholesterol and fat which is used to make vitamin D and as long as you replenish you will be okay. This better than browsing internet all day. PS I wrote this post with 1 hand because I am sunning my balls with the other one and I have to lift my dick.
All the vitamin D you can make in a day is produced in less than an hour of peak sun (fully nude). 15 minutes per side gets 90%. Idk if your body speaks to you in detail the way mine speaks to me, but the time to stop is when the sun feels "crispy" instead of "warm".
