Wife is a therapist. She doesnt put her pronouns in her profile so those clients will avoid her
I went to therapy every other week for about 4 months last year. I have PTSD from violence and I can and do discuss all my issues with my wife, but she doesn't know what it's like to get stabbed or shot at. Definitely helped but I think people need to have a cutoff. You cannot rely on therapy for the rest your life.
