I know what 'cap' and 'no cap' and shit means but every time I hear it I first act confused, then give them a look of utter disgust and tell them to stop talking like that.

Pretty much every single slang term outside of internet shorthand, in the last 50 years, came from niggers. And internet shorthand is now also because of niggers. Niggers love emojis because niggers are illiterate and internet slang is all emojis.

A lot of the slang is actually old southern slang the niggers adopted. 'Cuh' is old deep south slang.
