No it wouldnt, because they use abortion as birth control. If they were actually forced to take care of all the kids, they would probably develop a modicrum of self control with where they stick their genitals again. The (((great society))) encouraged them to have as many children as possible because it removed the natural constraints of doing so by offsetting the burden on to whites. Abolishing the welfare state would be the most effective form of ensuring blacks only have the kids they can take care of.

Because if theyre forced to deal with the consequences of their actions, either through a non-jewed justice system or nature, they learn to behave. But ideally we'd just deport them all to Liberia instead of trying to train them all in our own country.
