There is a eugenic solution: no equality for niggers, no right to privacy, death penalty (no appeals) for their first violent crime.

We could streamline the process by doing genetic testing for aggressive/impulsive behavior.

just send them all to africa, they want to be there anyway
 
we have no obligation to care for them in our own when the weather here makes them sick and they have most of the second largest landmass to themselves. repatriation is in the best interest of both races
