Our Mexican neighbors need our help. Mexico should be ruled by a Mexican. The neighborly thing to do would be to help free Mexico from their obvious foreign occupation.

We’ll take the border states as payment, of course, and the new Mexican government will have to have laws promoting the birth rate of Peninsulares and Criollos while actively suppressing the birth rates of all other castes.
