Executive orders have no teeth. Not binding in a court. Just a consolation prize to retarded MAGAtards who think they are winning.
Even that homosexual nigger Obama was able to pass laws his first year in office, such as Obamacare which is still on the books today. Obama could have passed a dickhead executive order. But he and Democrats are at least smart enough to encode laws, not dumb fucking executive orders that get squashed and nullified by judges or next president.
