Obama didn't pass executive order for Obamacare. He made it a law, that is still on the books today. Republicans have a majority now. Why won't they repeal Obamacare? Because they don't want to. They're still the same old frauds.

Laws take oceans of time to pass through the House and Senate and multiple courts until they reach the Supreme Court.
