Hey, u/C. Is [this bug](https://i.postimg.cc/Hk8VmCX7/Screenshot-2025-01-28-at-6-15-27-PM.png) just *visual,* or is it duplicating data? If the latter, it needs fixed *extremely* quickly, otherwise the site will become unusable due to unreadability and data overruns. Not only is it doubling replies to the post we actually click on, it’s doubling replies on the ones we don’t.

Yeah, I noticed that earlier and showed SFAM1A and others in group chat. I've sometimes seen them not only doubled, but also tripled and quadrupled.
  
It's also affected Arete to a degree, as a result. @admin @Elvis u/Elvis_Interstellar might want to corroborate with u/C on that.

So yeah about that, I've noticed it as well. It seems to be solely a visual issue on their frontend which doesn't affect mirroring on Arete.

That's strange, because because I've seen at least two comments duplicated on Arete. If you check the mod logs, you'll see I recently removed what I thought were duplicates but saw that it removed also what I thought was the original comment. I had to reinstate it since I hadn't yet realized it was a bug at the time.

Huh, I see. That seems to be an unrelated site bug on arete itself. It's functionally referencing the same scored.co comment, just posted to Arete thrice.

KingSweyn (on Scored) says it’s just a visual glitch (he deleted one comment and both visible comments disappeared), so it’s strange that the visual duplication is being repeated here…

I deleted one comment, thinking i had duplicated it. It threw an error and deleted both copies.

Probably a display issue rather than a database one.
