Those apps might be ok for new tradesmen to fill out their schedule.
I have some commercial and rentals so I can fill schedule with punch lists from those clients.

Positive side is i stack cash, don't pay ripoff scams like medicare or social security, trade cash for gold and silver coins once per month.
Word of mouth is best. Someone says positive thing about you to their friend, their impression of you is already good, you show up and do good job and word spreads.

I do work for some white women sometimes and have to listen to their brainwashed feminist politics but it's easy to bluescreen their brains. For example when they whine about ukraine i can pour out empathy for the poor Russian women and children seeking a better life, and talk about how racist Ukrainians are for enforcing their borders. This makes the cognitive dissonance short out, flip the breaker switch and then go silent or change the subject.
