Razor wire does help. It's about adding another disincentivizing factor. So if previously 100 would hop over, with razor wire it's maybe 50, who come prepared. It raises the threshold.

But there is a simple way to reduce it by 99%+, and that's to shoot them.

If a wall or barrier is unmanned, it doesn't matter how tall or well built it is. It will always be overcome by people who want to get past it. We've already seen this for the last several decades. We've built walls on our southern border before, but because the border is largely unmanned and unprotected, it remains porous. Previous barriers have been torn down, cut holes through, dug tunnels under, or side stepped entirely, because there aren't enough men on the other side with guns, willing to shoot shoot the fuckers trying to get past it.

If there aren't enough men to properly protect the border, if the NGOs aren't being targeted and dismantled, if the CEOs of companies that outsource and bring in foreign workers aren't arrested, if sanctuary cities remain, if the Kalergi plan continues, then this is all political theater meant to placate the dissident right. We have metrics for determining genuine action. Use them.

Razor wire can be used to create choke points. Choke points can be exploited with fully automatic machine gun fire.
