It's not for whites. Any whites only business will still be annihilated by the court of public opinion even if not by the law. So this will have little to no actual effect on white people. It will have some middling effect on negroes, but most of the people that associate with their businesses are already of their own race. So it matters little.

The heir-apparent assistant attorney general for the civil rights division of the department of Justice is a pajeet, one Harmeet Dhillon (the same one who led the blasphemous RNC hindu prayer not too long ago). Which is obviously a department directly correlated with that civil rights era legislation.
