I know you like to think everything comes down to spiritualism and ideology or something. But the reason they can’t advance or maintain is because Indians are stupid subhumans.
And no, before you mention it … converting them to Christianity won’t help them either.

It's both. Shitty culture absolutely will hold back exceptional individuals. But they have to have exceptional people to shine. The West is struggling because of shitty jewish culture.

Shitty culture comes from the people. If they are good people, they will have a good culture. If they are bad people, they will have a bad culture. You can’t blame culture for their problems.
Even if a handful of indians are “exceptional” it won’t matter when 99.99% are shit.
It isn’t a similar situation to europeans where you find an exceptional person in between thousands of normal and generally “good” people.
