Monopolies are indistinguishable from Communism within their sphere of influence.
Walmart owns retail. Who sets prices? Who sets wages? Who decides what you can and can't buy?
It's just Communism with no accountability to the people of the country...so Communism.
This is, other than borders and military, the only point of a federal government; to check monopolies. If they can't do that, they need to go.
