I mean... Is this not the same thing as losing weight or building muscle? Or radically changing your hair or facial hair? It's okay to want to change your body. The problem isn't that they want to change their bodies. It's that they want to change their bodies in an unnatural way.
Cosmetic surgery is absolutely not equivalent to working out or getting a hair cut. That should be so self-evident, I question whether you're asking in good faith.
