They (and nogs) take it too far though. "Nepotism" within your own country is a good thing, foreigners need to *earn* trust before theyre welcomed in. Nepotism in someone else' country, outside of the first generation where there may be a language barrier, is degenerate and bad guest behavior. Jews, nogs, and jeets will pass over better qualified candidates *even of their own race* if they know someone they like better, which is why their societies are either non-existent or falling apart at the seams. Nepotism must be within reason, otherwise it is self-destructive.
