Also to add, General Karaiskakis was 5'5", prematurely-born on a field, from a nun mother (his father died fighting turks and his mother turned to ascetism) and from a young age was inflicted with Tuberculosis.

It existed since Anc. Greek times actually. General Karaiskakis here, used the term "keratades" (plural) ("keratas" is its singular), which means "horned ones".
So, to explain, in antiquity times, the ancient Greeks believed that the beasts without horns were "pure" and "strong" like stallions and the creature with horns like rams were "sinful" and "weak".
That is why stallions never shared their erotic mate, but fought for her while rams f.e. allowed other males to fornicate their mates.
Hence why when anc. Greeks wanted to God's protection and grace sacrificed sheep while sinners that wanted absolution sacrificed goats.
And that was custom was also brough to Christianity, with sheep being considered "pure" while goat "satanic".
