"Being hit in the neck" frames it as though it were an accident, like they collided and fell and one's skate happened to graze the neck of the other. The nigger kicked him, it was a deliberate attack. The only question is was it attempted murder or manslaughter. "*I din mean tuh kill him, I jus wanned tuh cut his fayce!*"

He got kicked out of their amateur league, went to russia or ukraine, kicked out of that one, and then intentionally assaulted this young man with a bladed instrument with intention to harm which is not just negligent but rather malicious and 2 years later he is still walking around free living off of taxpayers' wages stolen through tax
