I see that as a natural way of population control given the available space in Japan. It shows itself in various forms of degeneracy and societal decadence, which disincentivize having families and children. One common way is a left-shift in politics.
I do not think their reduction in birth rates is a problem, nor do I think it should be "fixed." However maintaining ethnic homogeneity as much as possible is of highest priority, but the left is naturally against that, and for the importation of foreign subhumans.
Someone said that the natural process would be to have a country with such a high population become imperialistic and conquer. The idea that that happens is good, however we are in times where that's barely possible any more.
There is no reason except jews why Aryans should not have conquered at least the solar system by now. Population expansion is always a good thing because (again, were it not for the jew) we could begin expanding further than our planet.
