oh we do. we get the broth bones from the local cow farm. there’s still a bit of an investment involved for the right ingredients, and a lot of time to do the broth right.

we also keep some of the higher-grade quick ramen around. i like the maruchan gold, and the frozen Sun kits you can get at wegmans
