Despite being the hiring manager, the business owners hired a pajeet last year without informing me. Having been forced to work with one, I can absolutely confirm the nepotism. Not only did I hear this guy bragging about how his uncle and cousins defraud their employers, he was always nagging me to hire other Indians he knew. I was finally able to get rid of him for lying to clients.

"But I got them to sign up!"

"Yeah, and then what happens when we can't deliver on those promises?"

"We'll figure something out. The important thing is that I got their money."

They literally can't run a legit business. They're scammers. They're entirely incompatible with Western culture.

I have no clue where they found this guy or why they hired him behind my back. I tried dismissing him based on performance (being lazy, needing constant supervision), but the owners insisted "he just needs motivation." I told them the paycheck should be sufficient motivation. If you agree to do a job, why do I have to motivate you?
