You might be right that they roll it back (almost certainly they will if this actually leads to professional Whites tribing up,) but for the moment it's not a bad way to think. Even if that eventually happens, four years could be a good amount of time to leverage the rule to get a bunch of competent Whites working together at the exclusion of shitskins.
