I think the fear is that it won't be meritocratic and will just allow the government to be openly discriminatory against whites.

Official legal policy is “there can be no discrimination by race,” which means companies were once forced–and now relish in–hiring equal numbers of nonwhites as whites. Now official policy is “you can discriminate based on race,” which means companies will now refuse to hire any whites at all, whatsoever, and it’s illegal for whites to sue for discrimination.

Those handful of high profile cases of whites getting compensation were enough for jews to end the laws allowing whites to get that compensation ever again.
