Zoomers are probably the most polarized Generation to date. You have an equal number of insane leftist troons on one hand and people like me who want to return to pre 1500s levels of degeneracy on the other hand. Project pogo and project Zyphr: basically some Goldberg jew blew the whistle on two top secret projects. Project Pogo was a tag track and ID program where jewish mafia was allowing their shill antisemitic content creators to exist on their major platforms (like Adam Green on YouTube) long after legitimate content creators were removed, so all of the antisemitic subs would be funneled to the same few shill messengers, wherein the jew would ID them all and put them into a database that tracks them until the day where Project Zyphr is given a green light. And Project Zyphr is a covert extermination program, where under the cover of a national emergency jews would send out their ZogBots to round up everyone on the Pogo list and have them liquidated wholesale. I started thinking Zyphr was going to kick off during Covid, because it seemed to make sense with the lockdowns going on but obviously it never happened. I’m very open with my views on this platform and on other social media platforms, on one of them I use my real name. I already know they want to mass murder all of us who understand how much control jews have over our government, they’ve had us all on a list for many years, but they can’t get away with mass murdering us just yet. I don’t think they’ll be able to get away with anything even close to mass imprisonment or mass murder of their enemies until after they get their social credit system in place. Once that happens, I’ll get a little more paranoid about what’s coming next, for now we’re good though.

I'm proud of how much noticing has occurred in USA since I dedicated an hour per day naming the jew online and began naming them in my own social circles. Lots of noticing in last few years and I give myself credit for my contributions and work toward it.

Not an X-pert, but I think the idea flows from X not having down votes. You cannot compare the up votes (the heart symbol) to the down votes like you would on other sites.
As a work around, people noticed that when some-one strongly agrees they "retweet" (the up and down arrows in a loop) but when they strongly disagree they write a rebuttal tweet, (the speech bubble symbol). Thus the ratio of replies to retweets serves as a rough measure of audience agreement.
If lots of people reply to your tweet (we presume they are replying to say that your tweet is wrong) and few people retweet (you tweet isn't getting spread) we say that the original tweet got "ratioed" and infer that it was disliked.
