The most efficient prison would divide shitskins from Whites. Send Whites to rehabilitation and execute the shitskins immediately because they'r hopeless cases. If they don't understand consequences, they can never learn anything, hence never become functional citizens of a civilized society.

I often have the same thoughts whenever a rental I have gets ransacked.
All the copper gets stolen out of the house which is actually like a major job. If I was contracted to actually demo all of the wires and pipes in one of these buildings you're looking at a huge profit margin which involves typically what one would consider specialized skills and knowledge. And yet they do it with some crackhead niggas in a few hours for what amounts to a case of beer if that, and they are lugging around used building materials as if it's not the most obvious thing in the world where they got them from.

A while back, a friend of mine was working a job with a nigger who was also a dealer. I think having a full time job was a condition of parole for him, or something like that.
He bragged to my friend all about how he was making bank as a dealer. My friend had him explain all his expenses and how much time he was spending dealing. Turned out, the nigger was earning far less than minimum wage dealing, while the real job they were working had basically unlimited OT available if you wanted it. My friend said he tried to explain net vs gross, and how he would make way more money just working OT, but the nigger couldn't understand it.

This is the intellectual level they operate on. Nigger sees opportunity to loot, nigger tries to loot. NOTHING else matters to them. Cameras, identification, consequences via jail. They simply did not think about it. And not because they were lazy - they are, but it's because they do not have the cognitive capabilities to do so.
In contrast, White man anticipates a cold dark winter and stows away supplies and food in order to survive. Long term planning and consciousness of consequences.
These traits are forged into us to a degree that these things are fundamental to our societies. We consider all of these traits good at baseline.
