Cause damage and be fined, in this case a crash, same thing with Lucky Larry and 9/11, lot's of asbestos in those towers and not enough tenants to pay for it.
Come up with a laughable simple, yet huge insurance fraud scheme that kills two birds with one stone, like swapping the ships, thereby getting rid of the damaged one which would have cost a lot to repair. Same with 9/11, removing all that asbestos would have cost billions and taken years.
Make it a big event, ensure that the whole ship sinks within hours, or as during 9/11, have the towers collapse within an hour.
Make sure a large group of people you wanna get rid of also dies, but be sure to warn your own family so that none of your own loved ones ends up dying, even if it's very odd and out of the ordinary to not show up un that specific day.
Blame global warming, muslims or anything really, it doesn't matter because (((the media))) is instructed to make it a tragedy and only focus on the victims, or positive stuff like the emergency responders.
Claim insurance payout, pay nothing in liabilities or repairs for all the material damage or all the people who died. Sacrifice a few shekels on a chap memorial monument in honor of the dead to stop people from noticing.
