It's pretty decidedly not Europe. Well, less than a quarter of our gene pool is native European as an average. The rest goes to the yamnaya, from where i already stated, and farmers from northern Mesopotamia, Anatolia, and the southern Caucasus. Northern Europeans are closer to half yamnaya and southern Europeans are closer to half farmer, but the dna is heavy in everyone. Yamnaya dna does not drop below 20% in any population and farmer dna does not drop below 30% in any population either
