This, this, this. There is funding and tax breaks for moving the manufacture of anything with a transistor out of China, including like remote controls and wireless headphones, etc.

We spent billions to move microprocessor fabrication out of Taiwan.

The grift is relocating products from China to India and slapping the labels on there, then shipping worldwide.
