Based commie killers. I'd watch that movie.

As far as Russia being based, at best Putin will resettle anybody there as a political tool or as free labor to develop his frontiers. Beyond WW2 the Soviets spent so much effort to decolonize Africa and South America. Training up spics and niggers as anti-White bioweapons.
