Someone somewhere told me negros behaved when segregated. This here tells me its the same. 10% and 60% of violent crimes
It wasn't segregation necessarily. That simply isolated the problems to the black community.
It was white men who, when they became aware that they were in the presence of chimp about to chimp out, would use physical violence to restrain the chimp tendencies. It wasn't uncommon for white men to strike niggers down in the street, using canes or whips if necessary to restrain them.
We know how to handle the problem, but we have been constrained. You feel those shackles every time your nature tries to act when you see a nigger chimping out.

I believe it was Lincoln that wanted to ship them all to islands, and then there was a push to give them land like the Indians. Kind of a shame neither happened

I mean, it is beautiful to see the same old story in black and white for decades on end. But, no, I did not get to the very end so I may have missed something. Thanks for sharing.
