My advice:
1. Avoid doom-posting. Replace it with white pills, literature, warm frens, love, Christ, Church, Prayer.

4. Walks, run, exercise , lift weights. On a daily basis, choose one or the other but stick with movement. Stretching too in the morning.
5. Honey, A cup of coffee with milk or butter is good.
6. Intermittent fasting and water fasting 3 days in a row to clean the gut, reset the body, big Pharma hates this. Monthly. It's genuine and there are endless benefits, it even can cure cancer and stuff like that. The one who discovered autophagy got a Nobel, and he deserved it.

7. Meditate 15-20 mins per day, maybe 30 mins, you can do pranayama while you're at it, as explained by The golden one. Just search on YT his name + pranayama. Meditation too had so many benefits and it includes self control of the thoughts and emotions which is the foundation.

10. Consistency.
All these should be incorporated in a daily routine, fasting in a monthly one. The intermittent fasting can be daily too, you don't have to eat that much to be healthy, just eat healthy.

Because it has nothing to do with what I said. I never even began to suggest we need more demoralization posts. I said we need to focus on taking actions and getting power. Fucking off and doing personal well-being while ignoring whats going is bad. Simple as.
I am not saying that it is good to ignore these things. Or that it is okay to “focus on yourself” and use that as an excuse to not ever do anything.
What I am saying is that to get to good positions, sometimes personal changes need to happen. Sometimes you do need to focus on yourself, whether spiritual or physical to better help what you are fighting for.
An army is a group, but the group is individuals. If the individuals are un healthy, mentally in a bad spot (I.e feel hopeless, feel far from god, etc.) it is okay for them to take time away from the army and get better, for the greater combined betterment of the army.
