"Backed by" is in itself flawed, here we must ask what's wrong with using gold in the first place. As gold itself has value for various reasons, while "gold backed (((fiat)))" means we gotta trust someone to always provide the 1:1 backing, which by design is a bad business model that'll cost more than it'll ever generate. Hence the birth of the (((fiat scam))) through the (((federal reserve))).
