I've been my whole life in tech, and I've definetly seen quite a few possessed computer systems. These were completely offline computers, running a very well defined software stack with physical access controls in place with just one person having access. Inexplicably problems would show up. Sysadmin logs in with ssh, pokes at the FS, and finds miscofigured files the were previously correct. Checks logs, nothing remarkable to see. Restores known good backup, system keeps failing. Fixes rhe damn thing by hand. Everything is up and running again. Proceeds to make a new back up, and moves on with life. Next day calls start to pop up with users complaining about the same problems with that system. Rinse and repeat, same problems, different config lines as if someone had hand edited to screw things up. Nothing on logs. Backups corrupted. Fix the damn thing, and back it up. That was odd, but everything is fine now. Next day same thing. Talks to a friend, and he points out to Fr. Ripperger talks on tech. Sysadmin says to friend he's nuts but out of curiosity watches anyway. Flabbergasted by the talk before fixing the system again he makes prayer and throws a few drops of holy water on the server then proceeds to fix the problem. Never touches the system again as expected. That was not an isolated case. I know quite a few stories like that with different people, software stacks, and computers. Yes, AI is demonic possession of computer systems on steroids.
