Whatever ZOG media likes to blame at the moment. “The deep state,” “the elites,” “the rich,” “the 1%,” “the bankers,” etc. It’s always a weasel word that *means* “the bourgeoise” and the narrative solution proffered is always whatever communism proscribes to get rid of those groups.
