Depends on the reasons, being a celibate priest or monk is pretty based, being a coomer who only sees women as sexual objects and doesnt have actual sex because he's reached the point of depravity where real women no longer appeal to him is not.

I would also argue that letting foreign invaders run trains on your women because you're butthurt that treating your wife as an equal backfired is also cucking.
