Even if you try to intentionally limit ingestion of toxins and chemicals it's nigh impossible, unless you are able to live completely off of the land somewhere and control your food from land to table. Even then due to the nature of these chemicals they are spread all over the planet, but at least the amount should be greatly reduced.
